With this appointment, the Ministry has ensured solid accreditation expertise in director's chair of NA. Cecilie has over 20 years of experience from NA. She has been both Lead Assessor, Quality Manager, Section Manager and Acting Director General.
- This will be a rewarding task for me personally. To lead such an exciting workplace in which I have worked most of my professional career is something I look very much forward to, says Cecilie.
The ministry emphasizes that this new DG does not mean a new direction for NA. The AB will continue to work to ensure that goods and services from Norway gains access to domestic and international markets.
-In the future, we shall work to improve our services nationally. Accredited organizations and users of accredited schemes deserve a modern and present accreditation body in Norway. It is still our job to ensure Norwegian industry easy market access, especially with our immediate neighbors in the EU and EEA, says Cecilie.
